📘 User Manual

🔑 Installation

1. Download the ZIP file.
2. Go to WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
3. Upload & activate BD Fraud Shield.
4. On first install, you get 7-day free trial (no license needed).

🔒 License

• Go to BD Fraud Shield → License.
• Paste the license key you generated from Scaled License Manager.
• Click Activate.
• Trial and renew options are also available.

⚙️ Settings

• Core Protections → Phone, Address, COD Guard, Return Rate, Velocity, Device/IP Guard.
• Advanced Rules → Thresholds, Anomaly detection.
• Geo & Email → Country allowlist, block temp emails.
• Integrations → Courier API (BETA), Webhook endpoint.
• Customer Notices → Set Bangla/English warning texts.
• Prepaid Incentive → Enter % discount for prepaid.
• Return Statuses → Select which WooCommerce statuses count as “bad” (Refunded, Cancelled, Failed).
• Export/Import → Move settings between sites.

📊 Reports

• Visual Charts → Monthly orders & return rates (bar/line).
• Heatmap → City-wise fraud success %.
• Cohort → Repeat risky customers.
• Export PDF → One-click download for offline records.

🔍 Lookup & Audit

• Lookup (Phone) → Search by phone → see full Customer Journey timeline.
• Audit Log → Last 50 orders with details (phone, email, city, status).
