Security
This page explains the practical security expectations for Scaled tools, pages, forms and digital workflows.
Data handling
Scaled aims to collect only the information needed to operate the website, respond to inquiries, deliver products and improve tools. Avoid submitting sensitive passwords, payment secrets or private customer data into free tools unless a tool clearly requires and protects that data.
Website protection
- We use HTTPS for encrypted browser connections.
- We keep WordPress, plugins and platform settings under review.
- We limit admin access to authorized operators.
- We monitor forms, comments and integrations for misuse where practical.
User responsibility
Use strong passwords for your own accounts, verify any downloaded files before internal use, and review generated business outputs before sharing with customers or teams.
Reporting an issue
If you notice a broken link, exposed content, suspicious behavior or a security concern, please contact us with the page URL, steps to reproduce and relevant screenshots.
No sensitive submissions
Please do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, private keys, national IDs or confidential customer databases through general contact forms or public tools.
